Our adventures explore Ylläs and the surrounding Fell Lapland landscapes. Kuer Fell is the setting for our snowshoe experiences. We confirm the meeting point and practical arrangements for your chosen tour before departure.
Are the tours private?
Yes. Your departure is reserved for your own group. We do not combine unrelated bookings, and we adapt the pace to the people travelling with you.
Do I need previous snowmobile experience?
No previous experience is required. Your guide provides driving instructions and a safety briefing before departure. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence that permits driving a car in Finland. Tell us about your group’s experience so we can help you choose a suitable tour.
How demanding are the snowshoe tours?
Snowshoeing involves walking through snow and, on Kuer Fell, uphill terrain. The effort depends on the route and snow conditions. Tell us about your fitness, mobility and any specific needs before booking so we can discuss suitability.
Will we see the Northern Lights?
Northern Lights sightings depend on aurora activity, darkness and cloud cover. Evening tours provide an opportunity to look for them, but sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Do you use maintained snowmobile trails?
Our Ylläs snowmobile adventures use permitted routes and trails selected for the conditions. The difference is how we choose the journey: local knowledge, your group’s interests and opportunities to explore beyond the familiar resort surroundings.
